• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days across the country.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7 business days for far-off locations.

2. Shipping Charges 🚚

We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Keep an eye out for our Free Shipping promotions on orders above a certain value (check our homepage for current offers!).

3. Order Tracking 📍

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your parcel’s journey directly from the courier’s website.

4. Important Information ⚠️

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are 100% correct to avoid delays.
• In case of extreme weather or public holidays, delivery might take slightly longer.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), please keep the exact change ready for the rider.
